This is a really great guide and I highly recommend it.  

The “What’s Happening to My Body?” Book for Boys  and The “What’s Happening to My Body?” Book for Girls both by Lynda Madaras with Area Madaras (For ages 10 and up)

These books are really detailed and up front.  They are wonderful and really speak to children’s concerns about puberty and how their bodies will/ are changing.

It’s NOT the Stork: A Book about Girls, Boys, Babies, Bodies, Families, and Friends by Robie H. Harris (For age 4 and up)

It’s So Amazing: A Book about Eggs, Sperm, Birth, Babies, and Families by Robie H. Harris  (For age 7 and up)
